Filmation adapted Franklin W. Dixon's long running series of children's detective novels for Saturday mornings by animating The Hardy Boys, and also turning them into a live-action Pop-Rock band. The series debuted September 6, 1969 on ABC-TV and ran for two seasons. Included on this DVD are 2 half-hour episodes of this mystery-adventure cartoon.
Episode #16 with two stories: 1. - The Hardy Boys investigate the disappearance of an Indian prince, and 2. - The Hardy Boys help capture a gang of electronic thieves who communicate by short wave radio.
Episode #1 with two stories: 1. - The Hardy Boys go to South America to recover some stolen blueprints, and 2. - The Hardy Boys become involved in a mystery while visiting a dude ranch.
Filmation brought D.C. Comics' Superboy to CBS-TV on Saturday mornings beginning September 16, 1966 on The New Adventures Of Superman. Filmation added Aquaman cartoons on September 9, 1967 and renamed the series The Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure. Included in this collection are:
