Oblio, a young boy, is banished to the Pointless Forest for not having a point on the top of his head. This is the original version of the animated feature, narrated by Dustin Hoffman. Harry Nilsson wrote the story, and composed the songs for this Murakami-Wolf-Swenson film that first appeared February 2, 1971 on ABC-TV's Movie Of The Week.
